Tri Kappa donation

The Gamma Theta chapter of Tri Kappa sorority recently pledged $10,000 to the new Crown Point Library, scheduled to break ground in May, 2011. At the Library's December board meeting, Lynea Henderlong, Tri Kappa treasurer, presented a check for $6,000 , with the remaining amount to be given in Spring, 2011. Silly Santa Stories

Stop by the Crown Point Library tonight for "Silly Santa Stories" performed by local storyteller, Grant Fitch. This program is free to the public, it begins at 6:00 p.m.

NEW LIBRARY ONE STEP CLOSER!

The Crown Point Historic Preservation Commission voted in favor of granting the proposed building a certificate of appropriateness, indicating that it follows the downtown historic district guidelines.
